1)Importance of Tawheed

Allah says,''Those who believe, and do not pollute their belief with Shirk, have deserved the perfect security, and they are truly guided.[Al-Quran 6:82]

Allah says,''As for those who discard the worship of all idols, and devote themselves totally to Allah(God) alone, they have deserved happiness. Give good news to My servants.[Al-Quran 39:17]

Allah s says,''Or were you witnesses when death approached Jacob, when he said to his sons, "What will you worship after me?" They said, "We will worship your God and the God(i.e Allah) of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac - one God. And we are Muslims [in submission] to Him.''(Al-Quran 2:133)

Allah says,''Recall that Abraham said, "My Lord, …. protect me and my children from worshiping idols(Shirk).[Al-Quran 14:35]

Allah says,''Say, "My Contact Prayers (Salat), my worship practices, my life and my death, are all devoted absolutely to Allah(God) alone, the Lord of the universe. He has no partner. This is what I am commanded to believe, and I am the first to submit." Say, "Shall I seek other than Allah(God) as a lord, when He is the Lord of all things? No soul benefits except from its own works, and none bears the burden of another. Ultimately, you return to your Lord, then He informs you regarding all your disputes." [Al-Quran 6:162-164]

Anas reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, say:Allah, Blessed and Exalted, says: O son of Adam, however much you call upon Me and place your hopes in Me, I will forgive you without any reservation. O son of Adam, if you have sins piling up to the clouds and then ask My forgiveness, I will forgive you without any reservation. O son of Adam, if you come to me with enough mistakes to fill the Earth, and meet Me without associating anything as a partner with Me, I will come to you with enough forgiveness to fill the earth.
[Sunan At-Tirmidhi, Book 45, Number 3540, Hasan]

Prophet replied, 'No doubt, whoever says. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and by that he wants the pleasures of Allah, then Allah will save him from Hell." (Sahih Bukhari Volume 2 : Book 21 : Hadith 279)

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 54,Hadith Number 445:
Narrated Abu Dhar: The Prophet said, "Gabriel said to me,'Whoever amongst your followers die without having worshipped others besides Allah, will enter Paradise (or will not enter the (Hell) Fire)." The Prophet asked. "Even if he has committed illegal sexual intercourse or theft?" He replied, "Even then."

Narrated 'Abdullah:
Allah's Apostle said, "Anyone who dies worshipping others along with Allah will definitely enter the Fire." I said, "Anyone who dies worshipping none along with Allah will definitely enter Paradise."
(Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 23, Number 330)

Narrated Aishah (RA): The Prophet (PBUH) said, “Do good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately, and receive good news because one’s good deeds will not make him enter Paradise.” They asked, “Even you, O Allah’s Messenger (PBUH)?” he said, “Even I, unless & until Allah protects or covers me with His Pardon and Mercy.”

Chapter : Supplications.
Narated By Salman al-Farsi : The Prophet (pbuh) said: Your Lord is munificent and generous, and is ashamed to turn away empty the hands of His servant when he raises them to Him.

It was narrated that 'Abdullah said:"When the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) was taken on the Night Journey, he came to Sidrah Al-Muntaha, which is in the sixth heaven. That is where everything that comes up from below ends, and where everything that comes down from above, until it is taken from it. Allah says: When what covered the lote-tree did cover it! [1] He said: "It was moths of gold. And I was given three things: The five daily prayers, the last verses of Surah Al-Baqarah, and whoever of my Ummah dies without associating anything with Allah will be forgiven for Al-Muqhimat." [2] [1] An-Najm 53:16. [2] "The sins of the worst magnitude that drag one into the Fire." (An-Nihayah)

‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr narrated that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said:
“A man from my nation will be called before all of creation on the Day of Resurrection, and ninety-nine scrolls will be spread out for him, each one extending as far as the eye can see. Then Allah will say: “Do you deny anything of this?” He will say: “No, O Lord.” He will say: “Have My recording scribes been unfair to you?” Then He will say: “Apart from that, do you have any good deeds?” The man will be terrified and will say: “No.” (Allah) will say: “Indeed, you have good deeds with Us, and you will not be treated unjustly this Day.” Then a card will be brought out on which is written

Ash-hadu an la ilaha illallah wa anna Muhammadan ‘abduhu wa rasuluhu (I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger).

He will say: “O Lord, what is this card compared with these scrolls?” He will say: “You will not be treated unjustly.” Then the scrolls will be placed in one side of the Balance and the card in the other. The scrolls will go up (i.e., be light) and the card will go down (i.e., will weigh heavily).”

2)Shirk and It's Evil Effects.

Allah says,''Allah  does not forgive Shirk, but He forgives lesser offenses for whomever He wills. Anyone who sets up Partners beside Allah(God), has forged a horrendous offense.''[Al-Quran 4:48 ,Al-Quran 4:11]

Allah Says,“Most Of Them Claims That They Believe In Allah But They Do Shirk.”(Quran, Surah Yusuf 12:106)

Allah says,''Recall that Luqmaan said to his son, as he enlightened him, "O my son, do not set up any idols beside Allah(God); Shirk is a gross injustice."[Al-Quran 31:13]

It was narrated from Bahz bin Hakim, from his father, from his grand father that the Messenger of Allah(Peace be upon him) said: "Allah will not accept any good deed from a polytheist(Mushrik) who committed polytheism(shrik) after having become Muslim, until he leaves the polytheists and joins the Muslims."

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:
"A man from among the Ansar accepted Islam, then he apostatized(Murtad) and went back to Shirk. Then he regretted that, and sent word to his people (saying): 'Ask the Messenger of Allah [SAW], is there any repentance for me?' His people came to the Messenger of Allah [SAW] and said: 'So and so regrets (what he did), and he has told us to ask you if there is any repentance for him?' Then the Verses: 'How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their Belief up to His saying: Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful' was revealed. So he sent word to him, and he accepted Islam." (Sahih)

Abu Bakr said: 'The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they bear witness to La ilaha illallah (there is none worthy of worship except Allah) and that I am the Messenger of Allah, and they establish Salah and pay Zakah." The Hidden Idolatry

Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, entered upon us while we were discussing the False Messiah. He said, “Shall I not tell you about what I fear for you more than the presence of the False Messiah?” We said, “Of course!” He said, “Hidden idolatry; that a man stands for prayer and beautifies his prayer because he sees another man looking at him.”

=a)The  Most Unforgivable Sin in Islam.====

Allah says,''Allah  does not forgive Shirk, but He forgives lesser offenses for whomever He wills. Anyone who sets up Partners beside Allah(God), has forged a horrendous offense.[Al-Quran 4:48 :Al-Quran 4:11]

==b)Shirk Nullifies all your good Deeds====

Allah says,'' It has been revealed to you(O Muhammad), and to those before you that if you ever commit Shirk, all your works will be nullified, and you will be with the losers. [Al-Quran 39:65]

===c)Invoke(Pukaro) Allah alone====

Allah Says,"O men! Here is a parable set forth! Listen to it! Those on whom, besides Allah, you call, cannot create (even) a fly, if they all met together for the purpose! And if the fly should snatch away anything from them, they would have no power to release it from the fly. Feeble are those who petition and those whom they petition!" [Al-Qur’an 22:73]

Allah Says,''Those (unto )whom they cry out for help besides ALLAH created nothing; they are created beings they are totally dead(Murde hain) and are not living at all and do not (even) know when they will be raised from their graves ".(Al -Nahl Ayat-20,21)

Allah says,'' If you call them, they do not hear your call; and supposedly if they heard it, they cannot fulfil your needs; and on the Day of Resurrection they will deny your ascribed partnership; and none will inform you like Him Who informs.''(Surah Fatir Ayat-14]

Comment:-Tafsir Qurtubee’s Commentry
Meaning is If you Call them for help in hard situations then they can not hear you because they are Jamadaat, they can not see nor hear.
This is Possible that this ayah is for Angels,Jinn, Prophets and Satan they will Reject What have you done and also THEY (the Prophets, jinn and angels will reject that they) told them to worship them, Like EESA ALEH SALAM will say (It was not for me to say what I had no right (to say).

Allah says,’’Unquestionably, to Allah belongs whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth. And those who invoke other than Allah do not [actually] follow [His] "partners." They follow not except assumption, and they are not but falsifying(Surah Yunus Ayat-66)

Allah Says,'Ask them (O Muharnmad!): "Shall we invoke, apart from Allah, something that can neither benefit nor harm us, and thus be turned back on our heels after Allah has guided us? Like the one whom the evil ones have lured into bewilderment in the earth, even though he has friends who call him to true guidance saying: "Come to us." Say: "Surely Allah's guidance is the only true guidance, and we have been commanded to submit ourselves to the Lord of the entire universe''(Surah Al-Anaam Ayat-71)

Allah Says,’’To Him [alone] is the supplication of truth. And those they call upon besides Him do not respond to them with a thing, except as one who stretches his hands toward water [from afar, calling it] to reach his mouth, but it will not reach it [thus].(Al-Quran 13:14)

Allah Says,’Say, "Have you considered: if there came to you the punishment of Allah or there came to you the Hour - is it other than Allah you would invoke, if you should be truthful?"No, it is Him [alone] you would invoke, and He would remove that for which you invoked Him if He willed, and you would forget what you associate [with Him].(Surah Al-Anaam Ayat-40,41)

Allah says,''The places of worship belong to Allah(God); do not call on anyone else beside Allah.(Ref:-2:136, 2:285, 3:84, & 72:18).

Allah Says,"No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him!" [Al-Qur’an 23:91]

Allah Says,''Those whom you call upon besides Allah, [such as mystics and saints, babas, peers],are people like you. Go ahead and call upon them, let them respond by helping you if you are true in your belief.(Surah Araaf Ayat:194)

Allah Says,'And they cannot help them, nor can they help themselves.''(Al-Quran7:192)

Allah Says,"If there were, in the heavens and the earth, other gods besides Allah, there would have been confusion in both! But glory to Allah, The Lord of the Throne, (High is He) above what they attribute to Him!" [Al-Qur’an 21:22]

Sahih Bukhari  Book 60  Volume 6  Hadith 24
Narrated 'Abdullah: The Prophet said one statement and I said another. The Prophet said "Whoever dies while still invoking anything other than Allah as a rival to Allah, will enter Hell (Fire)." And I said, "Whoever dies without invoking anything as a rival to Allah, will enter Paradise."

Abu-Dawud Book 003, Hadith Number 1641.
Chapter : Zakat.
Narated By Abdullah ibn Mas'ud : The Prophet (pbuh) said: If one who is afflicted with poverty refers it to People, his poverty will not be brought to an end; but if one refers it to Allah, He will soon give him sufficiency, either by a speedy death or by a sufficiency which comes later.

Prophet(S.A.W) said,''When you ask for anything then ask Allaah only, if you need help then seek it from Allaah, and know that if all the people gathered and intended to harm you then they cannot do so except that which Allaah has destined for you....”
(Tirmizi Hadees 2516)

Ali ibn al-Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) saw a man entering through a gap at the grave of the Prophet (peace be upon him)and making duaa. He told him not to do that and said, “Shall I not tell you a hadeeth that I heard from my father, from my grandfather and from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)? ‘Do not take my grave as a place of festivity (which you visit repeatedly) and do not take your houses as graves. Send blessings upon me for your greeting will reach me no matter where you are.’[Narrated by Abu Dawood, 2042 – Also (Ahmad 2: 367]

I am afraid about my community of those leaders who will lead astray. When the sword is used among my people, it will not be withdrawn from them till the Day of Resurrection, and the Last Hour(Qiyamat) will not come before the tribes of my people attach themselves to the Shirk(polytheists) and tribes of my people worship idols. 'A'isha reported: I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The (system) of night and day would not end until the people have taken to the worship of Lat and 'Uzza. I said: Allah's Messenger, I think when Allah has revealed this verse: "He it is Who has sent His Messenger with right guidance, and true religion, so that He may cause it to prevail upon all religions, though the polytheists are averse (to it)", it implies that is going to be fulfilled. Thereupon he (Allah's Apostle) said: It would happen as Allah would like. Then Allah would send the sweet fragrant air by which everyone who has even a mustard grain of faith in Him would die and those only would survive who would have no goodness in them. ==Some People object that the above Hadith referring to event before Qiyamah(Hour)==

The Answer is Qiyamah(hour) is so near

Jabir b. Abdullah said: When Allah's Messenger (may peace he upon him) delivered the sermon, his eyes became red, his voice rose. and his anger increased so that he was like one giving a warning against the enemy and saying:" The enemy has made a morning attack on you and in the evening too." He would also say:" The last Hour and I have been sent like these two." and he would join his forefinger and middle finger."(Sahih Muslim Vol.1 Hadith.1999)

He accepted the bay’ah of nine of them but not of one of them. They said, “O Messenger of Allaah, you accepted the bay’ah of nine but not of this one.” He said, “He is wearing an amulet.” The man put his hand (in his shirt) and took it off, then he (the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)) accepted his bay’ah. The companions asked the Holy Prophet as to why he did not accept the pledge of the one who was left out.The reply was: "I did not make Bait with him because he was wearing a Talisman."
